IT security talk with James - unexpected connection!

You might not think IT and plumbing have much in common, but today's 121 with James proved otherwise!

We got to talking about the businesses we both serve - mainly small to medium local businesses. James mentioned that many of his commercial clients ask him about "smart building" systems, which is actually an area I specialize in.

Smart water management, leak detection systems, IoT sensors - these all require proper IT infrastructure. We identified a whole new market segment we can tackle together: modernizing older commercial buildings with smart systems.
